We are looking for acquire properties that are in major metropolitan cities, and are located in the path of progress (ie. the next "trendy" or "hip" areas) with rising populations and household incomes. The ideal areas have zoning that is about to be changed through new area plans, increasing rental rates, or unique renovation upside. We are also very keen on existing income assets that are sitting on existing or soon to be high density land.
Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver and Colorado Springs

Up to $50m+
We have the ability to acquire distressed assets and single units in the $50,000 range, to large high-rise sites and existing multi-family portfolios or shopping centers in the $50m+ range.
